Documents Required for Hong Kong Business Visa

Vietnam citizens and expats in Vietnam who do not belong to Visa Exemption to HongKong wanting to travel for business in HongKong will require to obtain Business Visa. Vietnam-legal.com would like to give the instruction to apply for HongKong Business Visa.

Documents required to apply for Hong Kong Business Visa:
- Visa Application Form
- Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months
- Two portraits with the size of 4×6 (Taken on white background within 6 months)
- A copy of identity card
- A copy of family registration book
- Original sending decision granted by your company
- Verification of financial status:
- A copy of your passbook that you made the deposit of at least $1500
- Original Confirmation of your bank balance including at least $1500
- Invitation letter form
- Copy of Return ticket and hotel reservation.
Notes:
- All proofs of finance or job need translating into English or Chinese and notarizing.
- No refund for visa fee when you are refused to get visa
