What are pros and cons of Visa on Arrival, E-Visa, and Visa at Embassy?

On 25 January 2017, Vietnam Government has issued Decree No. 07/2017/ND-CP stipulating the order, procedures of E-visas issued for foreigners to Vietnam.
At present, there are 3 types of visa for tourists who are traveling to Vietnam: Vietnam visa at Embassy, Visa on Arrival, and E-Visa.
What are pros and cons of each type of visa?

CONS:
– Single entry only
– Only 46 countries are eligible (includes U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia)
– No refund if application is denied
III. VIETNAM VISA ON ARRIVAL
PROS:
– No need to send original passport away
– Available to all travelers arriving by air
– Multiple entry available
– Up to 3 months or 1 year
– Processing takes two working days (rush service of 2-4 hours is available)
CONS:
– Waiting in the line in front of Immigration Counter at arrival airports in Vietnam to have visa stamped
– Possibly having names of other people on approval letter (Vietnam-legal.com can support you to get private approval letter)
– Foreigners cannot apply for visa on arrival themselves, the application must go through authorized travel agencies in Vietnam or organizations
– Available at only the 5 main airports
