TAJIKISTAN VISA EXEMPTION

On the basis of bilateral and multilateral agreements signed by the Republic of Tajikistan with foreign countries, the following countries have the procedure for visa-free entry and exit for certain types of passports:

Nationals of the following 10 nations are not required to obtain a visa for Tajikistan:

Unlimited Stay:

90 days:

30 days: Uzbekistan.

Nationals of China holding passports for public affairs do not require a visa for a maximum stay of 30 days.

eVisa: Holders of passports of the following  countries or territories can obtain a single or multiple entry e-Visa online for US$50 prior to arrival for a maximum stay of 45 days within 90 days:

According to information provided by IATA, nationals of the following can obtain a visa on arrival at Dushanbe Airport for a maximum stay of 45 days:

TAJIKISTAN BUSINESS VISA

A valid passport (diplomatic, official, civil, United Nations passport, stateless person’s certificates), or other identity document, and having a designated place for sticking a visa sticker. Should not expire earlier than 6 months after the expiration date of the visa.

– A completed visa application form, on the form in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to this Regulation, with a photographed photo that meets the requirements specified in Appendix No. 3 of the said Rules (with the exception of the heads of foreign states and heads of government of foreign countries).

–  Receipt of payment of the state fee and consular fee (when filing documents – for consideration, and after taking an appropriate decision on issuing a visa – for registration);

– Copy of the primary (previous) visa of the Republic of Tajikistan. The primary visa is the basis for issuing a new visa;

– The inviting organization or a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan for issuing a visa, indicating the purpose of entry and the duration of stay in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, a copy of the labor or civil contract (contract) for the performance of work (rendering services).

– A petition of tourist organizations licensed to carry out tourist activities in the Republic of Tajikistan on issuing a visa to a foreign citizen, indicating the purpose of entry, the route of travel and the duration of stay on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
