Requirements:

All travelers , upon arrival from the Juliana International Airport (in Dutch part), must present an ENTIRELY completed immigration card . This card is usually put back on the plane.
It is ESSENTIAL to know before your arrival, the exact address of the place of your stay in Saint Martin.

French Citizens:

+ If the arrival is made at the Juliana Code SXM International Airport, in Dutch part, French nationals must present a valid passport and a return ticket or continuation of travel.

+ For French nationals who arrive at the airport of Grand Case, partly in France, a valid identity card is sufficient.

EU Nationals: Passport without a visa serving as an official identity card or a valid French resident permit for the Grand Case Airport.

Nationals of USA and Canada:

+ A valid passport and a return ticket or continuation of travel and for naturalized citizens, an original of the naturalization certificate with photo ID.

 Other countries:

+ A valid passport and a return ticket or continuation of travel.

– No vaccine is required.

– Pets older than three months are allow upon presentation of a recent certificate of good health, issued by your veterinarian and up-to-date vaccination certificate (including rabies vaccine).

Nationals of the following countries can enter and reside for an unlimited period without a visa in Saint Martin. They may use their national identity card instead of their passport as a travel document:

  1. With biometric passport.
  2. Visa-free entry of up to 15 days for each stay, as long as the visa-free short stays do not total more than 120 days over a 12-month period.
  3. Except with passport issued by the Serbian Coordination Directorate.
  4. With passport bearing identity card number.
