IRELAND BUSINESS VISA

Ireland business visa

1. Online sumary sheet, signed and dated by yo, the application.

2. Your original passport, valid for at least 6 months after your date of departure from Ireland with at least 2 blank visa pages. Please include a photocopy of the passport bio page, all visas and all stamps. If you hole other passports or have held previous passport, you must submit them with your application. If you are unable to do so, a written explaination must be provided along with any relevant police reports.

4. Evidence of your permission to reside in your country of residence for at least 3 months after your date of departure forom Ireland (i.e a visa for the country where you live if you are not anation of that country)

5. An original up to date your signed letter from your employer confirming that your undertaking this business trip on the company’s prehalf , the puspose of the trip, dates of the trip and outlining who responsible for the cost of the trip (travel, accommodation, expenses, etc)

Note: The letter should be dated within 4 week period immediately prior to your date of application. If a number of trip are required/ envisaged, this must be clearly stated in the letter.

6. An original up to date, signed letter on official headed paper from the Irish company that is hosting you, confirming the business trip, dates, reasons for the trip, full contact detail and details will meet the costs of the trip.

Note: The letter should be dated within 4 week period immediately prior to your date of application. If a number of trip are required/ envisaged, this must be clearly stated in the letter.

7. If you are resposible for the costs of the trip, evidence of how you intend to finance your trip and support youself for the duration of your visit in the form of up to date bank statements for the 3 month period immediately prior to your trip. Bank Statements should include the most recent transactions for your application and must be:

+ must be original

+ must show your current address

+ must show avalibility of sufficient funds to cover the costs of your propsed trip. Lump sum lodgement made shortly before your application will not be considered.

8. Details of any previous Irish visa applications made including those refused.

9.. If you have been refused a visa for any other country details of this should be submitted. Failure to disclose previous visa refusals will result in your Irish visa application being refused.

Ireland tourist visa

5. A letter giving full details of the reason for your visit (hoiliday, visiting friends/family, etc.)

6. Accommodation:

– If you are staying in a hotel, guesthouse or B&B accommodation, a hard copy of confirmation of the reservation, including details of the accommodation(address), your name and exact dates of your stay.

– If staying with reference, then

+ an original up to date, signed letter of invitation from your reference  in Ireland, including the address at which you will be staying, confirming that accomodation will be provided for the duration of your stay.

+ A copy of your reference’s passport – and if a non EEA national a copy of their current Irish permit (GNIB card and Immigration stamps)

+ Details of how you are known or related of your reference and, if required, supporting evidence of this.

7. Evidence of funds:

– Evidence of how you intend to finance your trip and support youself  for the duration of your visit in the form of up to date bank statements for the 3 month period immediately prior to your visit. These should include the most recent transactions for the account up to the date of your application:

+ must be original

+ must show your current address

+ must show avalibility of sufficient funds to cover the costs of your propsed trip. Lump sum lodgement made shortly before your application will not be considered.

– In the event that you are being supported by a spouse, partner or memeber of your family, they should provide:

+ evidence of fund as specified above

+ an original, signed and dated letter staying that they are undetaking to support you during the trip to Ireland.

+ evidence of their realtionship to you.

8. – In employment or studying: an original up to date your signed letter from your place of employment or study on headed paper with full contact detail – giving details of your employment or course and confirming that you will be returing there following your visit to Ireland.

– Self – Employed: Yo must provied documentary evidence of your business/ company in the form of:

+ An original, signed and dated letter on headed paper from your socilitor/ accountant/ tax consultant and/ or

+ Recent conresspondence relating your your self employment from the government authorities and/or

+ The original letter of incorporation and / or

+ Up to date bank statments (from the past three months) for your business bank account.

9. Details of any previous Irish visa applications made including those refused.

10. If you have been refused a visa for any other country details of this should be submitted. Failure to disclose previous visa refusals will result in your Irish visa application being refused.

* All children’s applications must also include:

– A child’s original long form birth certificate showing the name of both parents.

– A letter from the child’s school confirming current attendence or a letter from their GP.

– The written consent of both parent for the child to travel or original court order in the case of sole guardianship.

– Original (or certificate copies) photo ID for both parents as the named on the birth certificate, which includes their signature.
