				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Citizens belonging to <strong><a href="http://www.vietnam-legal.com/en/migration-for-expat/who-need-visa-to-costa-rica/" target="_blank">countries that require a visa</a></strong> can visit Costa Rica regarding business, the business visa is valid between 30 days and 90 days.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Documents required for Costa Rica Business Visa:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Visa application form</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Two passport size photos.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. Valid passport with expiry date of not less than six months, from the moment of the intended entrance to Costa Rica (original and copy).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4 . Original and copy of both sides of the ID card.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5. Original of current criminal records issued by the relevant Police Office. This certificate must be submitted with a Spanish translation and duly legalized.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">6. Reservation of the return or travel continuation airplane ticket (it is not necessary to buy the ticket, as at this point the visa has not yet been approved).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">7. Evidence of financial means:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">+ Prove possession of real and personal property. Provide currently valid certificates issued by the Real Estate Registry.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">+ Financial Reports. Necessarily, the average balance of the last three months must be provided. The certificates must contain the current balance and account history (debits and credits).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">+ Employees: Employees must provide current order and/or letter from employer with letterhead and company stamp, indicating gross and net salary, years of service and position. At the Visa Application Process, the veracity of this situation should be confirmed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">+ Employers: Provide evidence of the existence of the business such as patents, tax receipts, operating permits and licenses. If you have employees provide the form issued by the Social Security Fund which contains the list of them.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>* Important Notes:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">+ Cash or affidavits cannot be provided neither to the Consulates nor to the General Directorate as evidence of financial solvency.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">+ Any other documentation that might be of interest of the Consulate in order to verify that the applicant has enough economic means of subsistence during his/her  permanence in Costa Rica. If the documents are in another language other than <strong>Spanish</strong>, the translation must be provided and <strong>duly legalized</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">8. Proof for the business trip:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The applicant may include any other document that corroborates the existence of the company that supports the trip. Original letter of invitation from the Costa Rican counterpart (signed and sealed). This letter must include name of the applicant, number of passport, date of birth, profession, place of work, purpose of the invitation. Original letter of the company where the applicant works that supports the purpose of the invitation from Costa Rica, sign and sealed.</p>

Provide evidence of economic solvency of their parents or legal guardian in conformity with the points above-noted. In case of sponsored students, attach a certification of the institution providing the grant. This document must specify the amount, term, and expenses the scholarship includes.</p>
