Both Australian and NZ citizens, they need to get visa approval letter (VOA). Our services will charge the service fee to get approval letter only. For stamping fee, they will pay directly at the airport. Where they apply to paste visa stamp in their passport.

Therein do they still pay 2 separate fees? or is it now just one fee for VOA?
