Documents required for Business Visa to Benin:

1. Passport must be valid at least 6 months

2. 2 photos sized 4×6cm

3. Personal documents:

+ Copy of identity card

+ Household registration record

+ Notarized copy of certification of marriage/ divorce

+ Children’s certificate of birth (if accompanying)

4. Proof of financial means:

+ Saving book or bank balance verification including at least 300.000.000 VND

+ Notarized copy of house/land registration documents

5. Information about inviter/ partner in Benin:

+ Invitation letter from partner in Benin perform the purpose, period time of your stay, and list of applicants

+ Information about invitee and inviter

+ The time schedule and purpose

+ Information about sponsor for the trip

+ Copy of passport, residence card of inviter

6. Original decision on sending staff to travel to Benin

7. Proof of employment:

+  In case of employee:

–   A notarized copy of valid labor contract

–   Original pay slips of last 6 months

–   Name card

+  In case of employer:

–   A notarized copy in Vietnamese of Business Registration/ Investment License

–   A notarized copy of TAX/ Payment to State Budget (latest 1 year)

–   Bank statement of the company’s account

+ In case of foreigners living in Vietnam

–   Original Vietnam Temporary Residence Card or valid Vietnam Visa
