Qatar Business Visa Requirements

Qatar Business Visa is available for new expatriate workers and persons conducting short-term contractual work in Qatar. The visa is valid for a maximum of three months.

Documents to apply for Qatar Business Visa:

1. Documents required from Inviter in Qatar:

+ Business Letter

Please provide a business letter, which includes:

– The name of a reference/visiting firm in Qatar

– Detailed explanation of the nature of business to be performed as well as duration of stay.

– Company guarantee of financial responsibility for all travel expenses incurred by you.

– The letter must be on company letterhead.

– The letter must specify the visa validity and number of entries, the applicant is asking for.

+ In case, applicants are sponsored, the inviter must submit:

– Passport/ residence certificate in Qatar (Notarized copies)

– Proofs for relation between two companies

2. Documents required from Applicants:

+ Original passport must be valid at least 6 months and have 3 blank pages

+ Two passport-size photos taken within the past six months

+ Two completed visa application form. When you print the form, please make sure the entire form prints out including the bottom rectangle marked “For Official Use Only”

+ Personal documents:

– Family registration book

– Identity card

– Marriage certificate

– Birth certificate (if children accompanied)

+ Proof of employment:

In case of employee:

– A notarized copy of valid labor contract

– Original pay slips of last 6 months

– Original annual leave consent from your employer.

In case of employer:

– A notarized copy in Vietnamese of Business Registration/ Investment License
