Documents to apply for Qatar Visitor Visa:

1. Documents required from Inviter in Qatar:

+ Invitation Letter

Please provide an invitation letter, which includes:

–   Information about inviter + invitee

–   Detail explanation of the purpose of this trip as well as the duration of stay

–   Information about financial responsibility for all travel expenses incurred

–   The letter must specify the visa validity and number of entries, the applicant is asking for.

+ In case, applicants are sponsored, the inviter must submit:

–   Passport/ residence certificate in Qatar (Notarized copies)

–   Document to prove relationship

2. Documents required from Applicants:

+ Original passport must be valid at least 6 months and have 3 blank pages

+ Two passport-size photos taken within the past six months

+ Two completed visa application form. When you print the form, please make sure the entire form prints out including the bottom rectangle marked “For Official Use Only”

+ Personal documents:

–   Family registration book

–   Identity card

–   Marriage certificate

–   Birth certificate (if children accompanied)

+ Proof of employment:

In case of employee:

–   A notarized copy of valid labor contract

–   Original pay slips of last 6 months

–   Original annual leave consent from your employer.

In case of employer:

–   A notarized copy in Vietnamese of Business Registration/ Investment License

–   A notarized copy of TAX/ Payment to State Budget ( latest 1 year)

+ Proof of finance

+ A Copy of Roundtrip ticket/itinerary

+ Hotel confirmation

+ A copy of Travel Insurance for the whole period of stay with minimum liability of Euro 30.000.
