How to apply for French Business Visa?

Documents required to apply for French Business Visa:

1. Passport must be valid at least 15 months and copy of passport + last Schengen visa

2. 2 photos sized 3.5×4.5cm

3. Personal documents:

+ Copy of identity card

+ Household registration record

+ Notarized copy of certification of marriage/ divorce

4. Proof of financial means:

+ Saving book or bank balance verification including at least 15.000 US$

+ Notarized copy of house/land registration documents

5. Invitation letter from partner in France perform the purpose, period time of your stay, and list of applicants

6. Original decision on sending staff to travel to France

7. Proof of employment:

+ In case of employee:

– A notarized copy of valid labor contract

– Original pay slips of last 6 months

– Original annual leave consent from your employer.

+ In case of employer:

– A notarized copy of TAX/ Payment to State Budget ( latest 1 year)

+ In case of foreigners living in Vietnam

– Original Vietnam Temporary Residence Card or valid Vietnam Visa
