Documents required to apply for Hong Kong Business Visa:

  • Visa Application Form
  • Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months
  • Two portraits with the size of 4×6 (Taken on white background within 6 months)
  • A copy of identity card
  • A copy of family registration book
  • Original sending decision granted by your company
  • Verification of financial status:
    • A copy of your passbook that you made the deposit of at least $1500
    • Original Confirmation of your bank balance including at least $1500
  • Invitation letter form

Documents to apply for Hong Kong tourist visa:

  • Visa Application Form
  • Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months

  • An attestation about your position and salary provided by your company,
  • Verification of financial status:
    • A copy of your passbook that you made the deposit of at least $1500
    • Original Confirmation of your bank balance including at least $1500
  • Invitation letter form (Your sponsor aged 18 years old and over)
  • If you are 18 years old or younger than 18 years old,
    • In case of going with your parents: Notarized copy of birth certificate, marriage certificate, and family record book.
    • In case of going with father or mother only: Confirmation made by the person left, Notarized copy of marriage certificate, and family record book.
    • In case of going with others, not parents: Confirmation verified by your parents and appropriate authorities.
  • Copy of return ticket and hotel reservation.

Notes:

  • If you are a retired person, you must submit a copy of pension book.
