Requirements for Central African Republic Business Visa

Want to go to the Central African Republic on business? You will need to get a business visa. The process is pretty much the same as that of the Tourist Visa for the Central African Republic except for the fact that you will need to provide a business letter from your company (on the company’s letterhead).

Documents required to apply for:

1. Application form

2. Passport must be valid at least for 6 months

3. 2 passport-size photographs

4. Personal documents:

+ Copy of identity card

+ Household registration record

+ Notarized copy of certification of marriage/ divorce

5. The Business letter from your employer should include the following information:

+ Written on company letterhead

+ Addressed to the Embassy of (country you intend to visit)

+ Name the applicant (traveler) sponsored or employed by the company

+ Explain the nature of business to be conducted

+ State the dates of your visit

+ State the name and address of the company to be visited

+ Specify the type and validity of the requested visa

+ Company guarantee of financial responsibility for all travel expenses

+ A closing original signature (someone other than the applicant)

6. Verification for your trip

+ Travel itinerary

+ Confirmation of booking hotel

+Confirmation of return ticket

7. Proof of financial means:

+ If the applicant is sponsored: applicants’ proof of sponsorship by means of national form/ guarantee letter

+ Original bank account statements

+ Other documents: credit card, properties, or regular incomes generated by property

8. Proof of employment:

+ In case of employee:

– A notarized copy of valid labor contract

– Original pay slips of last 6 months

+ In case of employer:

– A notarized copy in Vietnamese of Business Registration/ Investment License

– A notarized copy of TAX/ Payment to State Budget (latest 1 year)

9. International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever

Visitors to Central African Republic must obtain a Visa from one of the Central African Republic diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.
