Certificate of Origin (CO), to be issuded by Chamber of Commernce & Industry.
Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading
Inspection Certificate (issued by HQTS, Intertek, GEO-CHEM Middle East or Bureau VERITAS) – Except for Timber and Gloves products.
Health Certificate (if the good are food products)
Pharmaceutical Certificate (for medicines)

Notes:

• All of the above documents must be originals • All above documents must have an invoice number

• All of the above documents must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam.

Hague Apostille Country List – Update June 2024

According to new data updated as of June 5, 2024, there are currently 125 countries and territories that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention. It means there is 125 countries and territories issue Apostille certificates. Documents are Apostille certified in one country and territory, they can be legally used in the remaining 124 countries and territories.
